Sales Agreement

1. Services Provided

Dani Painter ("Company") agrees to provide the following choice of services to the Client:

  • ReviewBoost page: Custom page with links to your unique profiles in business directories such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. These profiles must already exist, we do not set up business profiles on your behalf. Your ReviewBoost page will be hosted on our website and accessible at www.creativewebdesignlab.com/nameofyourbusiness. You have the option to direct your fans to this page using a QR code link or a direct link sent via email. QR code business cards are sold separately (100 cards per box, $99).

  • QR Code Business Cards: Unlimited edits to design for 30 days; $99 includes cost of design, printing, and shipping box of 100 cards to any continental U.S. address of choice.

  • Custom Website Design and Hosting: Ideas for design and content ("Website"); reliable monthly hosting with SSL certificate and domain management. Custom domain registration (e.g., yourname.com) on any available domain of your choice is also included for length of service term (for information about domain renewals, see below.)

  • Unlimited Edits: Unlimited revisions to design, content, images, and layout for length of service term.

  • SEO Optimization: Basic on-page SEO setup.

  • 30-Day Risk-Free Preview: Client has the option to receive a preview before any payment obligation by requesting a demo of any of our services.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Submit Edits in Writing: Provide all revision requests via email

  • Timely Response: Although in most cases edits are made much sooner, please allow Company 3-7 business days to implement approved edits.

  • Google Business Integration: Links to the Website from the Client's Google Business Profile and other profiles in various search directories are the responsibility of the Client to implement and maintain.

3. Payment Terms

  • No Upfront Fees: Client has the option to pay $0 during 30-day preview period. Simply send a message to our design team and request your free demo for any of our services.

  • Hosting: ReviewBoost page hosting is provided at $249 per year (at www.creativewebdesignlab.com/nameofyourbusiness.) Complete business website hosting is provided for $549 per year on any available custom domain of your choice (sorry, no domain transfers).

  • Renewal Terms: Renewal at the current rate is allowed for a total of two (2) additional years.

  • Cancellation: Client may cancel anytime with no fees, however no refunds will be issued. Instructions for transferring any IP including page contents or domain access will not be provided.

  • Late Fees: Late fees are not assessed. Your domain will display "404: Error" if payment is not made in time for renewal

  • Payment Method: Stripe payment processing is integrated in our store for credit card billing.

4. Timeline

  • Week 1: Initial design mockup delivered.

  • Week 2-4: Unlimited revisions (3-7 business days per round).

  • Day 30: Final approval deadline for risk-free preview.

  • Ongoing: Unlimited edits continue post-launch (3-7 business days turnaround).

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

Creative Web Design Lab shall not be held liable for:

  • Any negative feedback, reviews, or adverse effects resulting from Client's services promoted via the website.

  • Loss of business, reduced bookings, or negative customer reactions linked through Google Business Profile or website.

  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

The website serves as a digital showcase only. Company makes no guarantees regarding Client's business performance, review ratings, or customer satisfaction.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • Pre-Approval: Company retains ownership during 30-day preview.

  • Post-Approval: Client receives full ownership of design and content.

  • Domain: Company retains ownership of domain, no transfers are available.

7. Refunds

  • Refund Policy: No refunds after site activation.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Service Warranty: 99.9% uptime; daily backups included.

  • AS-IS Disclaimer: Website provided "as is." Company not liable for third-party services (e.g., search directories).

  • Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseen events excused.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the complete agreement between parties.
